Making a Purchase
Making a purchase on the website could not be made any easier. Simply browse the site and add all items that you intend to purchase into your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘proceed to checkout’ and you will be asked to fill in your essential personal details to be able complete this order.

We accept from online orders all major credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo and Electron cards. All payments are totally secure and are processed via the secure Google Checkout service. All prices quoted include VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.

All our charges are made in British Pounds (£) Sterling and the total transaction amount will appear on your card suppliers’ statement to you as Retail Products Limited.

Delivery
We at Retail Products Ltd want you to enjoy a fast, efficient and trouble free delivery service. Simply order your items and tell us where you want them delivered. You will be asked to create an account with Google but all personal details will be kept secure and will not be passed on to any third-party company.

All items will be dispatched to the UK within 2-4 working days. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will dispatch it to you as quickly as possible once your order has been processed. Unfortunately we are unable to process any orders that require delivery outside of the UK.

Back Orders
If an item that you require is not in stock, we will back order it for you and e-mail you, with the option to cancel if you prefer not to wait.

Tax Charges
All our prices are in UK Pounds (£) Sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% for all orders made from the UK.  

Refund Policy
We are happy for you to return your purchase in a saleable condition within 28 days for an exchange or refund if you can produce a valid receipt. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. We do not issue refunds without a valid receipt.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within four weeks of us receiving your return.
